Last two days

I ran 5.1 this morning before anyone woke up. I like doing that. There is something about being out busting tail early in the morning when its cool, the streets are quiet, and the neighbors stare at you like your crazy if they are awake and happen to see you. Yesterday I cycled 15 miles. I am thinking about taking my bike to work tomorrow and riding home and back on Wednesday morning. It would be good excercise and a challenge. I am a little paranoid about the traffic situation. I am not 100 percent confident in the traffic.

Day off 2

My second day off. I got to spend it with D2. Even though she can be a little stinker ( it took 30 minutes for me to persuade her to put shoes on to go eat lunch at Chick Fil A) I had a great time with her. I love that kid. It was D1's last day of school today, she was excited. I didn't run today, but I am planning on it tomorrow morning. I went out last night for 33 minutes and came home due to thunderation and lightning...

Tired

Slept 4 hours last night. Got woken up at 3 AM flew til 930. I am tired. When I got home I took daughter to school. Wife is at field day at school. Daughter 2 is sick. Doesn't look like any exercise will happen today. This is day 2 after Saturday's 10K race. Back to work tonight.

A need to dissiminate the moronothon

I am going to start training for a few races and chronicle that here. The main purpose is to add some accountability to my life so that if I skip a 5 AM wakeup to run or swim or whatever it will be posted here for all to see.

This is basically a guilt trip blog for my exercise schedule.
